These Terms & Conditions govern your access and use of the My Smart Vision website, platform, webinars, and services. By registering, subscribing, or becoming a Channel Partner, Local Operator, or Smart Subscriber, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• By joining, you confirm that all details provided during registration are true, accurate, and complete.

2. Services Offered

• Channel Partners: Earn income by onboarding local operators and referring subscribers.
• Local Operators: Use our platform to expand your broadband services under your own branding.
• Smart Subscribers: Use internet services and earn by referring others.
• Webinars/Training: Paid sessions (minimum fee ₹99) are conducted to educate users about our platform and income opportunities.

3. Registration & Fees

• Certain services may require a one-time or subscription fee (e.g., ₹299 webinar fee, ₹1,999 partner package).
• All payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.

4. Referral & Income Model

• Referral income is generated only through valid registrations and subscriptions tracked via the official platform.
• Earnings are lifetime-based on active referrals but depend on compliance with our policies.
• My Smart Vision is not a get-rich-quick scheme. Earnings depend on your efforts, referrals, and network growth.
• Income is processed as per Indian Direct Selling Guidelines 2021 and is subject to applicable taxes.

5. User Responsibilities

• Do not misuse the platform for fraudulent registrations or false referrals.
• Do not use our services for illegal activities, spamming, or misleading promotions.
• Maintain ethical business practices while representing My Smart Vision.
• Local Operators must comply with telecom and licensing norms applicable in their region.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, training materials, and digital assets provided by My Smart Vision are the company’s property.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• My Smart Vision provides services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
• We do not guarantee any fixed income levels. Earnings vary depending on individual efforts and referrals.
• We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party providers (e.g., ISPs, OTT platforms, payment gateways).

8. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions.
• Misuse of the platform, fraudulent referrals, or unethical practices will lead to permanent termination without refunds.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
